  Food was good and the serving was reasonable. Sadly they had tap issues, so we didn't get to enjoy the beers we wanted. Ordered a Long Island Icetea instead which turned out fairly disappointing. A tad slow. We will try again soon.

  The food looked nice on the menu (great descriptions and unique), but execution was average. I had the elk burger and it was touted as the best burger the waitress had had and it was okay. Others in the party said the food was average. The atmosphere was not that cozy (the old location was nicer) - it seemed like an open cafe changed into the restaurant. 3.5 stars.

  The mad chef is an adolescent skateboarder/line cooks wet dream. Restaurant and "service" lacks character and personality. Our meal was mediocre; They've been dubed the best burger in town, so we sampled the Dr.Dynamite and the Lamb burgers. Portion size was good, if you like more bun then meat, the bottom basket fry bits and waiting 20 mins to get a proper serving of ketchup. I give this place a miss. And if you must experience it for yourselves, bring a book as you'll need something to kill the wait time. Yawn.
